Service Call System
The touch screen displays provide full functionality and “unique to the site” controls can be programmed into the system to allow complete versatility and flexibility. The combination of user friendly interfaces and simple recognisable icons will keep training time down and room support running smoothly, which in turn, will have a flow through effect to your customers and staff.
Displays are customised to show an accurate drawing of each service area or floor.
At reception, the room status can be tracked via HTTP page on the company intranet. In kitchens and coffee service areas, custom touch screens are mounted to suit catering operations and traffic. These systems dramatically reduce the amount of telephone traffic between reception and the catering teams, whilst improving service to clients. Room and asset utilisation are improved by better tracking of room status.
The feature in detail
1. Customised icons designed to match the personality and feel of the project.
2. PC based displays show the location of events in progress, and also highlight those rooms waiting for service or cleaning. Room status can be updated by all team members, and audible warnings prompt service groups when service times are exceeded.
3. Pop-up overlays allow reception staff to control lighting and music. The same interface can be used to control environmental and security systems. With communications tools and interfaces, reception staff can dial and connect a call to a room without leaving the desk – lighting, screens, projectors and all AV equipment can be operated remotely on demand.
